once yo uget all 8 kanto gym badges go to a person in saffon city and there is a girl who is sad and then u talk to her and then go to vermilion city talk to a guy who found a clefairy doll and go back to saffon city and talk to the girl who u talked to before.
Hi! You do not have to get all eight kanto gym badges to get a magnet pass. Head to the Copycat Girl in Saffron City (she's upstairs in one of the houses), and she is upset because she lost her Clefairy doll Vermillion City. Go to Vermillion City and go into the Pokemon Fan Club. Speak to the man next to the Clefairy doll, and he will give it to you. Go back to Saffron City, and talk to the Copycat girl who will prove it is hers and give you the Magnet Train Pass!!!
