well since i am not used to Sims 3 yet but i have to say Sims 2 is better. but if you go to thesims2.com you can download mermaids, vampires and there are a lot of cheats! so the Sims 2 is better! I think that when you have all the sims 2 expansion packs you will have nearly everything the sims 3 come with.But i still think sims 2 is better.I mean they can have pets and the sims 3 cant and more!!!In the sims 2 when you go in a building you can see inside,not in the sims 3.And i dont know if its the same with you but my opinion is that sims 2 look nicer and have prettier clothes. sims 3 is so much better
