It's located by the dreg lord gang area step 1 u get it, then LOAD GAME RIGHT AWAY step 2 get the riot circle with NO CHEATS before the time runs out. Step 3 Go bye the yellow circle and just wait for it to sAy fail then get the circle again and don't let riot run out step 4 GO TO THE GARAGE AS FAST AS U CAN THEN
