In the main market place. (NOTE) There is a glitch that is quite awesome. Its call the Flak & Shrapnel glitch. What it does is, you are able to get all of their caps and all the items you want from them. I used this glitch to get 10000 caps and 80 mini-nukes. and counting. You are able to find this instructional video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7avqVi51Kk 1st step: wait about 4 days 2nd step: find two items that are the same, like, two flamers, two missle launchers, etc 3rd step: buy the cheaper one 4th step: sell it back 5th step: it should have you cursor thing on the exspensive one, buy the cheap one again 6th step: it should have full condition and sell at a high price. 7th: repeat: 3rd and 4th 8th: you can buy anything you want and get your caps back with this glitch
