she is the second gym leader in the second region She is in Cerulean City but before you battle her you have to go down the Gold Bridge intill you turn right, Then Just keep going right and battle all the dudes, intill u see a fence With two people standing beside each other , One of them is the leader misty, She will yell at you and leave, Then go down and take the thin wet path back to Cerulan City and go into the gym, Than Win!! :)
The first battle she'll have a Golduck, Starmie, Lapras and Quagsire. When you rematch her it's the same Pokemon except an added lv. 60 milotic and a lv. 54 Lanturn
first you have to find the missing part of that machine thing by encountering a forein team rocket member. then you find it by a floatie thing. misty will be by fill house on the hill flirting. and be warned she will call you a pest. P.S. that will be the final spot were you find suicune.
