Where is cinnabar island firered?

hey, Cinnabar island is southwest on the map. if you go from fuchsia you will come to seafoam island,wich has articuno in it. if you go from pallet town you will get there faster and easier
Go to Fuchsia City and look for a pale yellow house with a green roof. Since there are two of them, you have to go into both and talk to the people. When somebody asks you if you want to go into the Safari Zone. Say yes. When you go into the Safari Zone, you have to explore until you find someone and then talk to them. I didn't fully explore, so I don't know if there are multiple people, but if somebody asks you if you want the HM Surf, say yes. Then, when you're done in the Safari Zone, teach the move to one of your Pokemon, go to Pallet Town with the same Pokemon, walk up to the river at the end, press start, go into Pokemon, click the Pokemon that has the HM, and click Surf. Lastly, just keep going until you reach an island - and one that has buildings, not just a patch of land.
