in canalave city talk to the sailor in the southwest corner of canalave talk to him and then go into the cave, down the stairs on the right, and don't go up any stairs until you get to the girl she'll have a cherubi and if you want a rilou keep going go down the platform and go to the left you'll see a guy in black talk to him and he'll follow you battle your way to the two galactic grunts beat them make sure you have an open space in your party and after the battle he'll offer you an egg accept it and when it hatches it'll be a rilou Hope this helps! :-)
