There are multiple versions of Emerald 386 and not all of them have the same locations so it's hard for people to report accurate information. I am currently trying to locate Zapdos, Moltres, Suicune, and Registeel myself and have had no luck inside the Artisan Cave where many people suggested I search. It's freaking obnoxious...
