You can find Meganium in Route224!!!THIS IS NOT A TRICK!!!! I found mine in route 224! If you dont know how to get there just go through that entrance where that fat man was standing and said that you'd become stronger and meet many pokemon. Go through there and your gonna need the national Dex by the way then you can just go through a bunch of stairs and then go through the exit. then, BAM! your in Route 224! BTW-The Shaymin Event was here! IDK how to get Shaymin though. Its gonna be hard to find Meganium cuz its rare! Dont use the radar though cuz then youll only find wild Chatot. Hope that helped! =) By the Way it is at the entrance near the end of victory Road!

You need to have Pokemon Emerald to do this. In Emerald, catch all 202 Pokemon. Professor Birch will call you to his lab on the Pokenav. Go there, and Birch will let you have one of the Johto Starter Pokemon. Choose Chikorita and raise it to a Bayleef (it will evolve at Level 16). Then raise Bayleef to Meganium (it will evolve at Level 32). Send Meganium to Pokemon Diamond via Pal Park. To get Meganium you must catch all 202 Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald. Professor Birch will call you on the Pokenav and tell you to come to his lab. Go there and Birch will let you choose one of the three Johto Starter Pokemon. Petal Dance is not a TM in Diamond or Pearl. If you want to have one of your Pokemon learn this move, the Pokemon would have to be a Venusaur, Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume, Meganium, Sunflora, Roselia, or a Cherrim.
