Where is Ho-oh in heart gold?

Ho-oh is at the top of the bell tower (Go North in Ecruteak city, its next to Burned tower), you have to have the Fog Badge (Ecruteak gym badge), rainbow wing (You have to defeat Team Rocket Executive Archer on the observation deck of the radio tower in Goldenrod City before you get it) and the clear bell (Kimono girls give you the clear bell after you have defeated all 5 of them). There are 10 floors in the bell tower. Ho-oh is level 45. When you are at the rooftop the Kimono girls do a dance with the clear bell they gave you, and Ho-oh makes an awsome grand entrance. It is easier to put it to sleep before you capture it.
