Just beat the ELITE FOUR and go to the SAFARI ZONE. When you start, go up until you see a path on the right. Enter, and you will see a HIKER kid. (KId in green hat) He'll say they finished the new area of the SAFARI ZONE. Look in the grass in that area to find SUNKERN, AIPOM, SNUBBULL, HOUNDOUR,MAREEP, SHUCKLE by smashing rocks, WHOOPER in water, and of course.......MILTANK in some grass!
