There's a man on the route where you leave from Oreburgh/Eterna City to Hearthome. He's a fighting looking guy and he'll give it to you. There's a painter trainer and an Aroma Lady around that area that'll fight you and the Berry Master's house is there too. I forgot that route... it's probably route 208. But if you fly to Hearthome, exit the city west and you'll get to that route. The Fighting Dude standing in the corner between some trees and grass will give you the Odd Key Stone.
