simlpe just walk through diglett's tunnel get the flash HM you will need at leest 5 Pokemon once you have the flash HM teach it to a Pokemon and walk through rock tunnel[with is west/right from cerulean city once you get to the other end jusy head east/left from lavander town until you come to a long building head north/up and you will see a little house don't lett the person see you or you will nerver be able to use the mew glitch[witch is shown on www.youtube.com]inside the house you will see some stairs go down them and for the other end go up the stairs go out side and go right then up then left and.....
tada your in celadon city the home of the 4th gym i advise you to use a fire type though.....
