If you have a Pokemon who knows the HM Strength you can push the boulder away. go in to the opening and go up when you can, pushing away boulders as you pass. You will find the TM toxic trhere somewhere. when you got the TM, go straight down and you will find the fire stone after pushing away some boulders.
