2. on the right side there is big window. clime out and you will fall onto a platform. enter the door.
3. climb the ladders all the way up.
4. talk to the gym leader.
5. she will open the door then use the elevator to get to the first floor.
6. surf all the way to Cianwood City.
7. go to the pharmacy and talk to the man behind the counter. he will give you the secret potion. then you can just go up the elevater and the door should be open.
