She will tell you that she lost her Pokedoll. Then go to Vermilion City to one of the houses on the left where you will find a boy with a Clefairy doll. Talk to the boy and he will give you the doll. Take the doll back to the Copycat girl in Saffron. Then she will give you the Magnet Train Pass.
