you can get one from professer Oak,but if u have the action replay code to catch trainer pokemon,then go to new bark town surf over to kanto go through the cave where u need watrfall anwhen u get out of the cave from the other side there is a girl ace trainer with all 3 of oaks starter pokemon and u can catch 1;~]
