Stunky is usually around Route 206 (right outside of Eterna City) underneath the bicycle path/bridge in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. Just walk around in the tall grass and you'll find one.

No, some of the Pokemon you can only get on one game. On Pearl you can get Bonsly and Sudowoodo, but you can't get Stunky and Skuntank. For Diamond, it is the other way around. not possible. You cannot possibly catch Pokemon that's just not coded into pearl unless you trade with a diamond user. Pokemon such as dialga, cranidos, and stunky cannot be caught in pearl. You can't get a skuntank in Pokemon Pearl version. You must trade it from Pokemon diamond or platinum. Instead of being able to catch a stunky you are able to catch glameow and purugly. Hope this helped
