Pyre, Mirage Island, Mirage Cave, and Mirage Mountain. Some may require a Dowsing Machine, so don't worry if you can't find an Item Capsule on the ground. You can also get Rare Candies from a Secret Pal in the Secret Base. Rare Candies can be bought in Mauville City with Pokemiles and they can be bought in the Battle Resort with Battle Points. (BP)
