You need to get a shattered past game pack than you don't wanna open it you have to trade it in tcg. Than you put (punk pants) On their card list. On your cards list you put your (shattered past card pack) in your trade for them. Just wait and it will probably take a phew days but its ok! Your trade will stay there while you are offline and not on tcg. ! That's how i got my punk pants! XD

The anwer to ur question could be yes and no.... no because like at the beach people cant give u their punk pants ir they wore them or even if they redeemed them . yes because like if people got punk pants and then in the card trading lobby thing in the tcg lobby, if they have unclaimed punk pants they will post them for sale. ussually its for like rocker hat and all that stuff. i got mine that way for 7 shattered past game packs :D
