Go into Ruin Maniacs tunnel on South of Veilstone City on Route 214 go up the first set of stair you see in front of you after leaving Veilstone City and then take a left as you get into the cave go up and tucked between two boulders is TM Dig.if if you capture a Gible , it will learn dig when it will be Gabite , but i cant remember when.
