In Celadon City in one of the southern buildings is a cafe. There is a man at the bar saying that a man in the corner has lost all of his money. Go to this man at the top left corner and he will give you a coin case. Make sure when you go to the slot machines to talk to everyone in there, some will give you coins for free, you can rack up around 30coins for free to start off with!
