There are different kinds of trees players can fletch on.
Buy one from grand exchange or fletch it.
You use a knife a a regular log and fletch arrow shafts... then you add feathers to them to make the feathered arrows..... then you get arrow heads from the ge or you can smith them yourself from bronze...iron....steel.mithrill.etc......then u use the arrow heads on the feathered arrows and u have arrows.... you need fletching for this...
U need to do a quest tourist trap.
Have a hatchet, knife and feathers in your inventory. Go to a normal tree and cut it. Use the knife to create arrow shafts. Than use the feather to make headless arrows. Now get the smithing bar that your able to smith and smith arrow heads. Now use your arrow head with the headless arrows.
Get a knife and a lots of logs and use the knife on the logs then choose arrow shafts.If you want to make more than 1 then right click.

U get any type of wood and cut it and then get a bow string(from picking flax and crafting it into bowstring) and use it on the bow that was unstringed
Cut Yews, Pick Flax and spin into bowstrings, fletch high lvl arrows, fish for lobsters and sharks. That is just a few.
First, you have to be a full mem. Second, you have to have a knife and logs. All you do is use the knife on the logs.
you should Fletch the arrow shafts, then smith the arrow tips, then make them. It's great xp for smithing and fletching, AND ranging.
