Talk to him and say yes to every thing he says. If he says something like a Ditto kissed him turn of the game. And keep asking intell he says EEVEE kissed him. Then go out to the Trophy Garden. Look and look for a long time. Mostly there males but they can female after a while. But you can get a Ditto when he says Ditto kissed him. Then the next day stand in front of him save and do it intell he says EEVEE then go look get a boy if the Ditto sayed female. Go to the daycare center in Solaceon Town. Give them to the daycare lady. Wait about 30 minutes. Go back look for an egg or check your daycare checker in your poketch. Have an empty slot in your party and go pick it up.
