you can catch them at the spear pillar i think after you beat the pokemon league or get the national dex. ther will first be a blue diamond. go in front of it and it will ask you if you want to battle dialga. choose yes and capture. then when you are done go into mount coronet's door from the spear pillar and go back to the spear pillar and you find a pink diamond and it will ask to battle palkia. choose yes and capture. hope this helped.
