Jum = press the A button while standing in front of the fountain at Romana's mansion.
Tep = To the left of the Inner Inn there is a stove. Hop over the fence by pressing A, then press A again whilst standing in front of the stove.
Hops = There is a well next to the Blue Bar. Press A while standing in front of it.
