one day when you reach 8 hearts with your person you chose to woo, Hamilton will come and tell u bout the legend and tradition of the blue feather, then about a week later you will walk outside and go to a cutscene and see the bird fly to Caramel Falls, then it ends and you yourself have to walk down and then another scene and your person will pick it up and then you can propose!:D
