you cant.you need to beat 4 gyms in Pokemon platinum: roark gardenia fantina and quake.then you will need to have 25 green shards.You will also need rare Pokemon fossil.To get at the shards get the explorer kit from the old man in vielstone.PS. you will also need to beat your biggest rival (the friend you made in the beginning of the game)Then go to the spear pillar to get there you will need to beat 15 galactic grunts,and wake up 3 legendarys:moltres, raquaza, and catch dialga in the spear spillar and go to sunyshore city to beat the 8th gym early with your new kirlia.Wou you skipped 3 gyms.Enjoy:)
