You need to breed Houndoom. Obviously it will breed with Ditto but it it also part of the Ground egg group. Houndoom is found on Routes 214 and 215 with the PokeRadar. There is a 12 % chance that you find a Houndoom between levels 20 and 24 depending on where you are.
