He will say he dropped something and will you get it? he has lost the soles of his shoes and the ice is cold. Get it for him. It is on the ice when you go back down and see a poke ball shape. Pick it up and go back to the man. He will say thankyou you keep it. The item he dropped is a HM Waterfall! You cannot use it to climb waterfalls until you got the gym badge from Clair in Blackthorn City, but it is still a good battle move. aydelie 101
