In Meteor Falls you can find Bagon, which is a Dragon type which then evolves into Shelgon at level 30, then Salamence at level 55, it is Dragon and Flying type.
It takes a while to train up but if you can you will be rewarded.
In the sandstorm desert, you can find a Trapinch which evolves into Vibrava at level 30 which is a Dragon and Ground type, then evolves into Flygon at level 45, which is also Dragon and Ground type, if you can train it you are rewarded.
You can catch a Rayquaza at level 70 on the top floor of Sky Pillar.
It knows Fly, Extremespeed, Rest, and Outrage, it is Dragon and Flying type.
You can catch a Swablu which is just South of Fallarbor town, then evolve it into an Altaria which is Dragon and Flying type.
It takes a while but it is good.
