Actually how to get shiny Pokemon, there really isn't an easy way. The chance in finding one is 1 in 8192, which means every battle is a 1 in 8192 chance to catch one, which means after 8191 battles the next one most likely won't be a shiny Pokemon. A way to cut down the number is to go to the day care center on Island 4, get a Pokemon from a different country (such as Japan) and breed it with one of your Pokemon, this will drop the ratio down to 1 in 2048. That is a 75% cut. Anyways if you are out looking for one in the grass, the grass will shine instead of shake which means there is a shiny Pokemon there. But there is still a big chance you won't catch it still. Hope this helps.
Well, theres not really much to tell you but, get lucky!

I was lucky when i played Pokemon ruby, and my Mudkip had pokeyrus as soon as i got it!
Getting a shiny pokemon, really is based on a catostrophic amount of luck. There is a 1 in 1/872 chance that you'll find a shiny. Just run around with a lot of poke balls and hope for the best. umm really im starting to think these shiny poke mon are fake case i been trien to get a shiny charmander but i cant find a shiny ditto
Shiny Pokemon are, like in every Pokemon game, very rare and its just a matter of luck, there are no specific locations (apart from the red gyarados in GSE). you just need to wander about a lot and hope to find one.

However, since it is very rare, I completed the pokedex in Pokemon sapphire and spent over 135 hours playing and i never found a shiny Pokemon, but good luck to you. :)
If you are looking for a shiny pokemon look hard Because they are the hardest type of pokemon to find. In pokemon games like pokemon pearl, Diamond and Fire red, You have 1 in 1800 chance of finding one. I have found one though

.
I found a shiney Pokemon ( not great D= ) but a unown in fired red , it's a rare chance but they appear every so often , if your lucky the more searching in wild grass etc you do it is likely to increase your chances , but it isn;t guaranteed
Search everyone, they are very rare. You have a chance of 1/8192 to get one.

In Gameboy Advance Pokemon games such as firered and ruby is there any methods or ways to find shiny Pokemon effectively?

In newer games items like the Pokeradar exist that aid the players in finding shiny pokemon. However in older games such as Firered or Ruby these do not exist. Therefore only by luck can you find a shiny pokemon. If you have one already you can breed and have higher chances at getting another rather than finding a wild shiny pokemon.
