well you have to defeat 100 unown, or catch al 26 from a-z. And you can catch them in Soleacean town in the ruins, on the bottom floor is where you catch celebi, PS don't use action replay it wil ruin your ds and your game espeshly is it is Pokemon platinum or any ather Pokemon game, and this celibi thing works I've done it!
