Where do you find Glaceon in Pokemon Platinum?

you can find it in the beginning of the road to victory and the person is the first character you see in the road entrance. You cannot find it in the wild, but you can evolve it near Snowpoint City, where the snow rock is at a high Friendship Level.

If you want another Eevee, you can breed your Male/Female Glaceon with an opposite gender Pokemon of the same type, like Abomasnow M ---breed with---> Glaceon F

Get an Egg, get a Pokemon with Flame Body/Magma Armor not neccesary, but if you're impatient i guess (:, hatch egg, blah blah blah

...or if you are just looking for the pokedex entry, and you are not interested in evolving or trading, you can talk to the skier in the big open space above the house on route 217, but below the part where you come across the grass and lake acurity. she is wearing pink and has a glaceon

you only have to level the eevee up near to the snow rock in order for it to evolve. it does not have to be at a high friendship level. i got a level 5 eevee and leveled it to lv6. by the stone and it evolved. same process for leafeon near to its respective stone in eterna forest. Level Eevee up by the ice rock on Route 217.
