However the Pokémon that hatches from the Pokémon Egg will depend on the female Pokémon being used. Provided you're breeding a male Floatzel with a female Lopunny then you will receive a Pokémon Egg that will hatch into a Buneary however provided you're breeding a male Lopunny with a female Floatzel then the Pokémon Egg will hatch into a Buizel.
