its not a weapon its "an ordinary cape", a back item. it is a reward from one of drudgens quests, titled "supplies to spin the wheel of chance". drudgen is a pet you can obtain from miltonius who is located in tercessuinotlim. drudgen costs ac's or alternatively you could ask someone who has him to equip him so you can start the quest

drudgen. it is rare even it took me a month and i still dont get it. its about 5-7 hours i have spent you can also get it by doing mini milts quest... its rare tho i done it bout 50 times and i only got it once

the secret #1 is dropped by the hidden spy in willowcreek, it is in the back of eastmans house, kill the first slug and he will apear. you will need the quest secret item from drudgen. and for the rest of the secrets, you will need the quest hidden edge from the blood orb. the secret #2 is dropped by another hidden spy in tercessuinotlim, you must find the tainted elemental and defeat it, then the hidden spy appears. note. THE HIDDEN SPY IN WILLOWCREEK WILL NOT WORK.Must have the Oblivion blade of Miltonuis there are hacks for it but DO NOT HACK AE WILL FIND YOU AND BAN YOU!!!!!!! and the secret #3 is dropped by the deathgazer ( /join deathgazer ) again. you need hidden edge quest from blood orb to get the secrets. and secret item quest from drudgen to get secret # 1 -face breaker 36

You can get the pet "Drudgen the Assistant" by buying the "Miltonius Minion Voucher" in Miltonius' Shop which can be accessed by talking to Miltonius who is located in the area Miltonius' Secret, which can be accessed through the area citadel. You will need 50 Bone Dust to pass. You can obtain Bone Dust from any skeletal monster. You will then need to accept the quest "Purchase Drudgen the Assistant". Turn in the quest and receive your pet.
