Red Dye is a crafted item. You can cook it if you have the Cooking Kit. If you are a subscriber you can buy from another player if they have some for sale. If you are not a subscriber, you can buy one from a general store if you're lucky to find one. Otherwise you can always craft it yourself.

For horse isle 2- Buy a cooking set. You can get cooking sets from some tool shops such as AngleTon. Then click on the 'craft' button and choose a recipe you want to use, after collecting the necessary ingredients. You can find recipes disguised as ordinary objects in houses and similar places. They equire certain cooking levels to make.
