Episodes from the current season will be repeated during the summer months and shown at the same time and channel as the New episodes were during the season. This will continue from the end of current season in late May or Early June and continue until the new season begins in early September. Wheel of Fortunes episodes are not released on DVD or Tapes and are not one of the shows available to watch on-line it may repeat in the summer Wheel of Fortune is not available for on-line viewing. Older wheel of fortune shows from previous seasons can be seen on the game show network, however since they have thousands of episodes to choose from watching a particular episode seems very unlikely

When shows are recorded at Wheel of Fortune Culver City Studio the Audience stays for more than a single episode and 5 or 6 episodes are split into two groups for the morning and afternoon audiences. It takes longer to record each half hour episode than the 20 minutes of Airtime the edited show will run without the commercials. There is no Live Wheel of Fortune as all episodes are digitally recorded and no longer taped with film. Each Audience is in the theater for about the same time it would take to watch a movie. I can find no information on how long the audience sits before and after taping , the length of the lunch break, or whether it is possible to be part of both audiences. Pat and Vanna started doing the nighttime version of the show in 1983 and have continued for over 25 years and completed 5000 episodes on 27 Feb 2009 in addition to all their daytime episodes. Questions are asked about the first Wheel of Fortune puzzle ever or the first bonus style puzzle and both were during the early pilot show which has been erased and is no longer available The first bonus puzzle spelled out the prize that the contestant had picked out earlier before the show It is not possible to watch many of the early daytime shows as they no longer exist. The first episode was erased as were most of the early daytime episodes It was created by Merv Griffin they are on the 26 season over 25 years less than 26 Pat Sajak is the first and only host of the syndicated nighttime Wheel of Fortune show. Earlier Daytime episodes are not considered to be the same show.
