Rentacenter used to. I think they only rent the newer Wii U now. You can find them at rentacenter.com if you want the newer console.
If you want the older console, they are usually available used for very cheap now that the console has been replaced. You might want to see if anyone is selling one on eBay or a used one at GameStop.
