In order to get Blue Dye you will need 2 Woad Leaves and 5gp.Get out about 30 gp and go falador, in the park there should be a small house, talk to the farmer that lives there and offer about 25gp for a woad leaf, and thinking your generous he will give you 2 woad leaves. Once you have both leaves go to Draynor Village and talk to the witch there and ask her to make blue dye.
