1. beat the elite four
2. a new place called 'spring path' will be unlocked south of veilstone city
3. go there and enter sendoff spring
4. go into turn back cave
5. if you take a wrong door, you will end up in the starting again.
6. go RIGHT and UP until you reach it.
7. it will appear at level 70 so be prepared.
8. dusk balls, timer balls and ultra balls work best.
