Where can you get pivot stickfigure animator 4?

Actually, for the LONGEST time, that question has been unanswered.
Well, I WAS here to change that; that's before I discovered someone else already had.

It's called XPivot 3.5.
So far the ONLY thing he changed was the font and how he worded common errors.

He is creating XPivot 4.0, and will be releasing it in a while.
(No one knows the release date...)

If I might suggest, I would stay on Pivot 3 BETA. So far, there's really nothing out there...
