Where can you get a deep sea tooth in Pokemon Pearl?

There are ways to get them both in Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. Before going for the Deepsea Scale, you must have a Pokemon with the move Thief or Covet. Sneasel/Weavile and/or Delcatty are examples of Pokemon that can learn those moves.

To get the Deepseascale, you need to first go south from Sandgem City and onto Route 219. From there, Surf straight south until you get to Route 220. There should be a beach with an item on it straight south. Get off the Pokemon that you are Surfing on there, and take out your Super Rod. To get the Super Rod, you must have theNational Pokedex. To get the National Pokedex, you must have seen all 200 Sinnoh region Pokemon. After you get the National Pokedex, go to Snowpoint City and take the ferry to the Battle Zone. Go straight north until you are right outside of the Gatehouse to the route right above there. To the right, there should be a fisherman. Talk to him and he will give you the Super Rod. After you have gotten onto the beach on Route 220, set the Super Rod to the Y Button to make it easily accessable. Start fishing with the Super Rod until you come across wild Chinchou or Lantern. Make sure that the Pokemon that knows Thief/Covet is the leader of your party. Use the move Thief on either the Chinchou or Lantern and occasionally, you might get a Deepseascale off of them.

To get the Deepsea Tooth, you need the Super Rod again, as well as a Pokemon with Thief or Covet. Fly to Pastoria City and head towards the beach area to the east. Go through the beach area until you get to the hotel lobby. Stop right outside of there and start fishing on the east coast of the beach. You can sometimes find wild Sharpedo here that could possibly be carrying a Deepsea Tooth.

If that method doesn't work for you, you could also try fishing the the Safari Zone for Carvanha or Sharpedo. Both Pokemon have a possibility of carrying the Deepsea Tooth. Hope this helps!
