You need 66 construction or a friend who has a banner easel, then you require the following to make a banner: 1x Normal Plank 1x Bolt of Cloth A Family Crest, Get one from herald on second floor of Falador Castle ( May Charge ). Then simply when you have all these, use the banner easel and create the banner.

Since three feet are in a yard, all you have to do is multiply 14x3 Which equals 42. There is 42 ft. of cloth on the bolt. ;)

You need level 48 Crafting to make a banner in Runescape, also you will need 1 Regular Plan and 1 Bolt of Cloth plus you will need access to a Banner Easel in a player owned house, you can also make a banner easel provided you have level 66 Construction, or you can simply just use someone Else's banner easel provided they have one.
