you can find the strongest Pokemon at mt silver but you cant go there until you beat all the gym leaders in johnto beat the eliet four beat all the gym learders in kanto then go talk to professor oak in pallet town and he will give you access to mt silver in mt silver you can find moltres and on top of the mount silver you face red aka ash his Pokemon
are level 80s he has six Pokemon i know all 6 of them his Pokemon are lvl 88 pikachu lvl 82 snorlax lvl 84 charizrd blastoise venasaur and an 80 lapras.
I can defeat his pikachu with mewtwo lvl 73 and then my ho-oh lvl 73 for venasur my Lugia lvl 57 for charizard my mewtwo lvl 73 for blastiose then i cant get pass snorlax and i caught every legendary usin ultra balls dusk balls and quick balls the hardest was the three legendary birds and suicune suprrisingly the lvl 70 mewtwo and ho-oh was the easiest is u have a dark type for mewtwo and any for ho-oh just keep throwing hope i helped
