Bu also, you can ge a Shiny Stone if it is available in the Pokeathon athlete point exchange. It's points are in the 2000's I believe, considering it a stone. You can evolve Togetic into Togekiss with one, and a Roselia into Roserade. Same for SS. (Soul Silver)
