Ok, whoa. Are you just trying to finish your Pokedex and all you need is those Pokemon? Because I have time, I will list their locations (all of them).
Girafarig: Valor Lakefront (Uncommon)
Hippopotas: Ruin Maniac Cave/Tunnel (Rare)
Azumarill: Victory Road (Common), or evolve Marill
Octillery: Pastoria City, Sunnyshore City, Victory Road, Routes 213, 222, 223, 224, 230 (Super Rod), or evolve Remoraid
Finneon: Routes 205, 218, 219, 220, Fuego Ironworks, Iron Island, Canalave City, Valley Windworks (Good Rod)
Lumineon: See Finneon (Super Rod), or evolve Finneon
Tentacool: Just surf in the water routes.
Feebas: In four certain fishing spots in Mt. Coronet.
Abomasnow: Mt. Coronet peak (not Spear Pillar, the snowy areas), or evolve Snover
Rotom: Old Chateau (the TV in one of the rooms)
Probopass: Evolve Nosepass (level him up in or on Mt. Coronet)
Lickitung: Route 215, then evolve Lickitung to get Lickilicky
Glaceon: Level up Eevee near the Icy Rock (on Route 217)
Swablu: Route 210
