in the cave were you find bagons in meteor falls you need to know surf and waterfall.as you enter the cave you got the water and there will be a waterfall. go up and then go down the ladder. then take the route upwards and then down the ladder.there will be two old people who wants to battle. go up and there you will find another trainer.then go down those ditch sort of things and STICK TO THE LEFT SIDE. go to a ladder and then surf till you reach the entrance to another cave. keep going up till you reach the TM dragon claw.
