you can find a thunderstone in new mauville just south of mauville city right under the bike tracks or bridge but first you have to beat the elite four and then go to mauville city and the thunder gym leader Watson will be outside . talk to him he will tell you to turn off the power generator in new mauville and will give you the key to enter . inside will be a thunderstone . after you come back he will thank you and give you TM thunderbolt and you will also keep the key forever so you can enter anytime you want to catch voltorb magnemite or their evolutions . also if you havent yet beaten the elite four you can search by this guys house in the see i think it was by mosdeep or sootpolis or evergrand but you can dive by his house and get fragments and trade it to him for stones also if you didnt beat the elite four
