Where can you find TM dragon claw in Pokemon black?

TM02 Dragon Claw is found in Victory Road on a ledge north of a black belt. Getting there is the problem however.

To get there, enter the victory road at the top from the Pokemon league. You will see a ranger there, mentioning about an item lower down. If you go 1 square to the right of him (as you are looking at the screen) then jump down the cliff, you will end up in an area you could otherwise not enter.

There is an item here if you haven't picked it up, it isn't the TM but you will want to pick it up anyway as it is a nugget. After that enter the inside of the victory road through the entrance behind you, then follow the path up the stairs: there will be splits at areas, but don't follow them, follow the stairs. Eventualy you will find that you are at the ledge behind the black belt, and you may pick up your reward: the TM02 Dragon Claw.

Also, as a side note, not related to the question, if you fall off the cliff to the other side of the Pokemon ranger, and then fall down to the next bit again, across the bridge is another very handy TM: TM93 Wild Charge.
